We produce attractive brochures featuring your cottage description, pricing and a selection of the best pictures of your cottage.

Your property will appear on our website within days of us visiting you. It may surprise you to know that nearly 50% of our bookings are now made online!

Substantial investment ensures the highest possible occupancy on your property. We keep in touch with all the latest marketing techniques along with the traditional routes and have an active PR campaign in the local areas.

Ensure a personal, friendly and efficient service
Our dedicated team will be on hand for advice and to answer any questions which may arise throughout the year. Our reservation team based in Earby will also help to maximize the booking potential of your property.

No restrictions if you wish to use or book your own property
No charges will be made for you taking your own bookings or using the property yourself. We allow you the flexibility to do this at no extra cost, however, to avoid any double booking issues, we do ask that our bookings take priority.

Your income naturally depends on the standard and location of your cottage. Our experienced team will be able to advise you on what is the best price to set to maximise your income. Rental payments are made 3/4 weeks in advance of the holiday date.
