With us, there is no need to shop around.
We are so confident that we have the best prices, that in the unlikely event that
you find the same holiday, available on the day you make your booking (like for
like) at a lower price from any other holiday company, we will match that price.
All you need to do is provide proof of the price you have been quoted by giving
us the telephone number or the details of the website where the price can be confirmed
and we will look into it for you. The price match price must be available on the
day that you make your booking.
If you have written or e-mailed proof of the price, you can just e-mail or fax this
to us. If you are sending your proof by post, please send it first class. In all
cases, we need proof within 7 days of your making your booking. Our Price Match
Guarantee also covers all our ferry bookings. If you find the same crossing at a
lower price, we promise to match it. (Crossing details must be identical; same operator,
crossing, outbound and return dates and times, vehicle size, passenger details,
cabins and other extras, if applicable.) To claim your price match you must provide
hard copy evidence by fax or post of the competitor price (including confirmed availability
of the accommodation or crossing) within 7 days of receiving our quotation or making
the booking with us. For ferry bookings, we will not only match the price, we will
also include our Vehicle Breakdown and Recovery insurance.
